The Keefe Company is a partner in the development
team that is built the hotel, and served as development advisor
to Boston University, which owned much of the land on the hotel
site.

securing $13 million in state funding for public
improvements to Kenmore Square, including pedestrian improvements,
a new MBTA bus station, and a new entrance to the Green Line subway
station.
